Neon Pigeon is an izakaya serving up elevated Japanese fusion. Their menu includes delicious fusion items like the Tokyo hummus, a Japanese twist on classic Middle Eastern fare that brings in edamame and curry chips, and the smoked baby back ribs that are served with a sake barbecue sauce. The restaurant also has a beautifully cartooned drinks menu that is several pages long, so you will definitely find something to your taste.
